1995 – began training in Shotokan karate from Shihan Keith Jemison and Shihan Lee Harris 1998 – received Shodan in Shotokan Karate from Shihan Lee Harris Mr. Dabney assisted as an instructor at the American Karate Academy (Akron, Ohio). He began his Vee-jitsu training at the Akron Vee-jitsu Club in May of 2000. |

2000 – started training at Akron Vee-jitsu Club. 2020 – received Yodan in Vee-jitsu from Jim Roma, Kudan. Sensei Theodis ‘Shep’ Sheppard has continued to be an invaluable assistant instructor. He has also expanded his training by studying with Sensei Jemison at the Extended School of the Vee Arts and also by studying some Chinese arts with Sifu Lee Burnett. |

Sensei Randy McCoy has been a student of Shihan Jim Roma since early 2000. He has been Shihan Jim’s ‘right arm’ in keeping Vee-jitsu alive and prospering in Ohio. Randy is affectionately called ‘Mr. Vee-jitsu’ by his fellow students because of his passion and dedication to Professor Vee and the propagation of Professor Vee’s original and authentic teachings. |

Mr. Neal had earned a black belt ranking in Kodokan Judo before earning his black belt in Vee-jitsu. Sensei Neal owns his own business and is a councilman in Akron, Ohio |
